My leadership spans four distinct Phronesis ventures and Humanitarian Outreach and Development Initiative (HODI), a Nigerian nonprofit registered on 29 October 2026. Each organisation has its own responsibilities and stage of development, and future plans are clearly distinguished from completed work.

Phronesis Global Staffing

A staffing and recruitment initiative focused on connecting organisations with suitable talent and helping people navigate professional opportunities.

Phronesis Global Academy

A learning and training initiative focused on practical skills, professional preparation and accessible routes into new areas of work.

Phronesis CareLink Services CIC

A community interest company developing community-focused support and opportunities for practical learning, inclusion and participation. Planned activities include basic digital skills, English language and numeracy learning.

Phronesis Infrastructure Partners

A business initiative exploring coordinated practical services, project support and solutions for clients and organisations.

Alongside the four Phronesis ventures, I serve as Chairperson and Trustee of Humanitarian Outreach and Development Initiative (HODI), a separate Nigerian humanitarian organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 29 October 2026 (No. 9972077). HODI is at an early stage, developing plans around humanitarian assistance, learning and community empowerment. This page offers a leadership perspective, not a substitute for any organisation’s own official information.
